Returns & Exchanges

We understand that sometimes the product you receive may not meet your expectations, and we are here to make it right. Please review our return and exchange policy below:

  1. Return Period:
    We offer a 15-day return window from the date your order is received. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, unopened condition. Any items that are returned in a non-resell able condition will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and items must be sent via a traceable delivery method (courier or registered post) at their own expense.

  2. Faulty Products:
    If you receive a defective or malfunctioning product, please contact us immediately. Faulty products can be returned within 15 days of receipt, as long as they are in their original packaging with all accessories included.

  3. Exchanges:
    Exchanges are subject to product availability. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or another product, please fill out the return form. Once we receive your request, a replacement will be processed. A courier rider will collect the original item and deliver the new one. There is a charge of Rs. 350 for exchange deliveries, which covers the two-way courier cost.

  4. Refunds:
    Refunds are processed within 2-4 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be issued via bank transfer. Please note that refund processing times may vary due to bank delays, which are beyond our control. Delivery charges (usually Rs. 250) are non-refundable.

    In some cases, we may issue a refund based on tracking information for the return without waiting for the physical product to arrive.

    If your refund is delayed, please check your bank statement first. Contact your credit card company, as the time taken for posting refunds may vary.   5. Return Shipping:
    Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that your returned item reaches us safely. SHAHKAARS is not responsible for any items lost during return transit.

    Non-Refundable Delivery Charges:
    Please note that if the return or exchange is due to the customer changing their mind or placing a mistaken order, delivery charges will not be refunded. Delivery charges are included in the total price (usually Rs. 250), even for "free delivery" promotions. Refunds for delivery charges will only be provided when the issue is on SHAHKAARS's part, such as in cases of faulty products or packing errors.

  6. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

    After submitting the form, our customer support team will review your request and get in touch to confirm the next steps.
